heres what i have going on i have a 518 and i got a 47re. Iam taking everything from the front half of the 47re and putting it in the 518 case. My question is will a double wrap rear band work in the 518 case?

Nope, double wrab rests on a pin what is cast into the case. Where the 46 has a hinged style anchor that hangs in the block. I can get pictures if you need more proof.
