I will be honest here. I am a noob in the performance diesel arena. I have spent the past 16 years being in love with Mopar gass engines. I know that gas and diesel engines are extremely different in operation but, there are some things that will hold true for ALL engines one being more flow means more power. I had always wondered why so many people were telling me that p+p work on a diesel was a waste of money. Why wouldn't you want more air flow? Why wouldn't you want cooler egt's? Why wouldn't you want to lower pressure?
That all seems like commen sense stuff to me but, I was still getting a lot people that have many years experience in diesel that said to not to waste time with reworking the head.
I am going through with the mod along with the intercooler and exhaust.
