I have a 93 dodge 250 4x4 reg cab and I am wondering how to get more pasing power at highway speeds and for climbing hills, I am geting about 17psi boost, everything is stock except for turning up the smoke adjust scew about 2 1/2 turns and the fuel screw 1 turn, any suggestions would be appreciated

The biggest difference is to install a 3200 RPM governor spring; it can be had from any injection shop, Bosch part number 1-464-650-366, for $20. Installation isn't too bad.

Advancing the timing will give you some better top-end in exchange for less of a bottom end.

Maxing the fuel screw to just south of runaway will give you more power across the spectrum.

Making sure that you're getting full throttle travel is a really good idea, as is turning the high-idle adjustment screw plush to the case.

Another thing that is supposed to really help it move out at speed is a bigger compressor housing. HTT sells a couple compressors that flow a lot more air at speed.
