Looks great! I like the square tube, it's different. Probably gonna have to copy ya on this mod. Did you get the frame and axle mount from Ballistic, too? Do you mind letting us know what this cost you in parts?

Nice looking bars. I look at it like this, if they do bend...you can easily build them into ladder bars.

Your bars look nice, were the ends tig welded? Why did you use square tube verses round? From what I have been told is that round tubing is stronger than square tube.

He are a couple pics of the ones that I built.

Did you make those or are they Lazar Smith bars b/c they look identical

:thankyou2: The only thing Id be worried about is welding the frame, I wish they made something bolt to the side of the rails

Did you recut the axle brackets, I thought the newer trucks had 4" axle tubes. I did not see 4" on the web site. Nice bars, I am trying to get the stuff together to make some for my truck.

I just placed an order yesterday with ballistic for these same parts. I asked them about a 4" axle bracket but the biggest they offer is the 3.5". I was told it could be grinded a little to make it fit. It looks like this is what diesel8128 did. That's what I plan on doing.
