OK, maybe 10 secs is an exageration. I have always used GL4 with no issues. As soon as the DD was installed, I started having this problem. I am now waiting a few secs, probably not ten, before I go into gear. If I don't, it is hard as hell to engage. My issue is not lubricant related, and is not an issue I can't live with.

Thanks guys for the info. Truck is starting to shift easier. Still have not had the chance to change the oil back to standard oil yet. It is on my todo list!

the more you drive it the better it will get. But it will never be a speed shifting clutch just the nature of the clutch.

I doubt that will help, its going to decrease your leverage on it. have you changed your oil yet? its gotta shift better with the correct oil in it.
