trouble starting, yes i know the basics

it takes a little cranking to get going mostly when its colder (motor cold not colder outside) any ideas?

-tried unplugging the fass no difference so its probably not the diagram

-seems to start better when its hot which is opposite to a fried computor on the vp

-i have changed injectors so its not that

-any other ideas? its starting to get to me.

im pretty sure i had changed them out when i did the injectors. i'll change them again soon as im doing sticks again and see what happens
 
Kenny, check compression,,, I would bet that you might be low on compression. Do a leak down test if you can get the equipment
 
I would check the fuel lines. Does it start easier when the truck as been running for a while or it doesnt matter. Also check the banjo bolt on the back of the head.
