Truck with 400,000 miles, tell me what u think?

Just for what its worth, I've had chrome rocker panels on my truck for 4yrs now and recently I had my one beside repainted to fix rust on my wheel well and the body man said that he had one heck of a time getting the rocker panels off (they were solid 3M tape panels) He said he's never seen the panels with solid 3M tape backs cause a paint/rust problem.

Its a dealership so they are probably pretty firm.. ill go look at it today and see how it is
