from what i see its looking like rain, anyone closer to there have a better forecast than weather channel? we are planning on leaving tonight:rockwoot::rockwoot:

Typical 40-50% chance of pop up showers....same as every day this time of year.

I talked to a local weather guru las night..... He questioned anyone that fags out over rain's sexality.....I'm just saying

We won't know for sure about the weather until Saturday. Welcome to weather in the Tennessee Valley.

I personally use a weather rock for weather forecasts here in Springfield, TN. I check it every morning. If it's wet, it's raining. If it's dry, it's not. If it's cold, it's cold and if it's warm it's going to be hot..........LOL

I wish I had something like that to read how the truck is going to run. So I know to leave it at home that day or get it out. :rockwoot:

Usually the weather report does no good around here. If you dont like the weather just hang around a bit...... It'll Change.
Heres what it looks like right now from a local BG channel (WBKO - HomePage Bowling Green Kentucky News ). Keep you fingers crossed and hope it changes between now and then.

Thats the same thing I am seeing. I hope like heck it doesn't rain for you all, and you have a fantastic time.

I just can't afford going to more than about 1 big event per year and I refuse to travel 9hrs and spend $600-$700 on fuel, room and food just to sit in a hotel and drink myself stupid. I cancelled my hotel about 30 minutes ago.:frown:

I wish you all the best and hope come Monday I am kicking myself for not going.

I know its a long pull from Tx. with 2 trailers in tandem [about 14 hours each way] for it to get rained out, its like anything else i quess.... a gamble. Ryan

Didn't I read someplace the events would take place Sunday if it rained Saturday? Sunday looks pretty good in the forecast.

Ya i read in one post where they said that Sunday would be the make up day if needed, but then on the tracks site it says thier def. closed due to Mothers Day? Either way were going to give it a try and hope for the best.

Thats the spirit,it will be a good time no matter what.:ft:

Well I've got more stuff going on than just the weather, but I'm going to try and go.
