TS weekend weather

60% strong thunderstorms for pulls on saturday.. hate to be a party pooper but my money is on this pull not happening! Lots and lots of rain out there

Kinda wish it would be sunday so that I know I will have time to get Lynn's truck finished lol. But then agian, the sooner the better.

Last night at 10:00 they predict some rain @ 2:00 am Saturday morning (Friday night) and no more rain till Sunday.

We didn't get it last night, just got it this am. I just checked weather.com and the weather looks pretty good.

the CAT rep that is hooking them up with equipment is on a local Ky diesel site and he said that the pulling track was still in pretty good shape, the weather forecasts are decent, i think this one will still happen.

Maybe, we're fixin to get hammered with more storms in the next hour or so.

we are here and it is starting to cool off but the chances for tomorrow are like someone said earlier, 30% of isolated storms which is kinda a hit and miss thing. but yeah its definately getting ready to rain here in the next hour or so, cant do anything but wait it out now...

i think they will have it, the track is wet but there is also grass still on it so there is a fair amount of soil that can be stripped off.

You better hang on. Cause your getting ready to get the mother load that was just in Missouri! Check out the doppler. That will set about 3 inches of water for you to play in tonight haha!

Who cares they'll have it clay don't hold moisture and they still have to cut it and have tarps. Were in louiseville head that way and its stormin but there will be pullin on sat!

I'll be sitting here waiting to see the vid of the truck.

Yea it poured Oklahoma style but we made the best of it, thanks to some of the 4WD bunch they pulled us little 2WD guys out of the field. Skies are clearing now and everyone has there party hats on.

Thats the same thing I am seeing. I hope like heck it doesn't rain for you all, and you have a fantastic time.

I just can't afford going to more than about 1 big event per year and I refuse to travel 9hrs and spend $600-$700 on fuel, room and food just to sit in a hotel and drink myself stupid. I cancelled my hotel about 30 minutes ago.:frown:

I wish you all the best and hope come Monday I am kicking myself for not going.

J.D.

Start kicking yourself now....30% chance of morning showers tomorrow then turning partly cloudy.

I cancelled my hotel. I need to be working on my truck anyhow.

Put your big girl panties on, pack a bag and head this way...the weather is clearing and tomorrow is gonna kick ASS !

You know you're gonna regret it if you don't........
