If it will work on an early 99 I'll buy it off your hands, does it come with the instructions to install?

There wasn't much for instructions, it's basically "plug and play"

It plugs into the back of the PCM and you mount the switch. You do
have to clip the plastic on the PCM mount to clear the chip where the
cable plugs in.

Ok that works they say that they just need to know if it is early or late 99 my truck is early 99. Is the chip for an early 99? And do you do PayPal?

I don't know if that's early enough or not.
