TST Comp with Edge Comp stack

I am just saying it seems like a lot to mess with when one single box makes the same if not more power. Just one more electronic piece that can go bad.

Probably fifth gear itself if I had to guess. I'd say the splines on the inside of the gear stripped. You may be able to salvage the shaft. Then again, you may not. Here's a pic from a guy on our local forum.

That's exactly what happened to the truck...Nick (NKP Diesel Performance) gave me 5th gear, and the inside was stripped. He said the nut and shaft were good, so just over 300 bucks later, and the truck's back on the road...
I'm still testing out the stack, TST/Edge, and with the Edge on, I notice that it does fuel harder on the low end, but i can't really tell if it's actually helping out any, or if it's just dumping fuel...I'm thinking about trying to set up a date over at Danville Performance to try and use their dyno to see what the differences are between just the TST and the TST/Edge stack. If there's no difference, or it's not that much, then I may just sell the Edge outright.
When it comes to this, seat of the pants dyno testing is pretty much worthless, so I'm gonna have to try and find some money and time off to throw the truck on the dyno...

i love my tst i hit 510 on the dyno with just my tst on and i can make my egt's get to about 1500 if i really try hard but never keep it there long.
