I am tryin a tst comp, and it pulls pretty hard alone, but in overdrive it only gets about 30-32psi boost and in other gears it pulls upwards of 40ish? pyro sits on 1200 at wot in 6th! what's the deal? I could see upwards of 50-55psi with the adr!

This box is very, very smooth though, and this is with no timing box, although i stacked a smarty tonight and it pulled pretty hard, just not so much on the topend!

Any ideas?:bang

Any codes? I would check the map sensor connection and all of the other connections. Should be able to pull the same amount of boost as before.

Something doesnt sound right. I can hit 45 psi with mine on level 3! It should fuel just as hard as the ADR , IMO.

I'll check again, but I had problems before and i reconnected everything! the box is very clean and there is barely any smoke!

Do you have the Smarty Revo software? If so play with the settings and levels of both the Smarty and TST. Mine pulls hard on bottom and topend. I see around 43-45psi boost.

Any ideas?

They don't fuel that hard.

This box is very, very smooth though,

Thats because it does not fuel very hard.

I have one, it runs nice but, I have hooked them up to some equipment and they don't even try and ask for that much fuel. The Edge Drag asks for a LOT more fuel than any of the TST boxes.

The TST will fuel hard up top, but it doesn't put out the power on the HO pumps like it will with the SO. Since you have a 6 spd I'm assuming you have the HO still on?

What a douche.:hehe:

TSTs were making HP before you were even dreaming about killing my truck.:shake:

TST does there fueling based solely off of boost. That's why they are so clean. I ran a TST and a TST COMP. Both were very clean and very smooth and both were stacked with a smarty. Never had your problem though. Maybe some sort of weird boost leak? The TST COMP shuddered something wicked though coming off of the throttle on level 7 and above. That was a nice running box.

TST does not make electronics. They are pretty good at tuning though.

That is FACT speaking, in case you were wondering.

If you want a nice smooth box that is slow to bring power on and does not stretch hard then fine. The Adrenaline does that too, on the 1000 series tuning.

I want to know why when another box has a "problem" why it is never the box. If he said he had an Adrenaline and had the same issue it would be because the ADR was a piece of crap. That is just stupid.

He takes an ADR off making 50-55psi, puts the TST on and makes 40...sometimes and yall say the box is awesome. Sounds like it to me!

yes it has the revo software, but it isn't mine!

it fuel's pretty hard it just brings it in more with boost!

Your box pulls well and very hard! but I hate how it ran on the street, I still have it if need be I can hook it back up, I want to make the same power without the shudder or whatever! If it was an all out race or pull truck that I didn't mind the shudder It would still be on there! even turned down, level 1 ran like a stocker, then level 2 BAM! it's the same as 10 but didn't pull out as hard!:bang

it's very clean and doen't shudder at all!

I unhooked the map and cleaned all the connectors tonight, and I can see up around 45psi now:bang and it seems to pull harder, but it just brings boost in with rpms, so If I am at 2200 in 6th it will only be at like 20-30psi, then with more revs it builds more! maybe a timing box will wake this thing up???

What software were you running? Also has it ever had the firmware updated?

I ran all three of the newest tunes, I didn't like any of the 2000 and lower tunes for lack there of! but comp3 redlined too quick, dyno tune would shudder free revving, and the torque tune was similar to the old old 3000 tune, it was driveable with a light foot, but if you wound it out a little it would shudder! firmware, is that where you have to send it in? if so No
