turbo help needed!

Im in the process of building an early 99 F250 4x4 cc sb 7.3l bought this truck wrecked,got a parts truck with it,my dd is a late 99 F350 7.3l 2wd.My ? is would I be better off to put the late 99 turbo,spider,intakes on my early 99.truck has a 6 inch susp lift and tires are 37x12.5x16 baja claws.i dont tow very often anymore and i plan to do a 12v conversion later.i would just like to get the best power and mileage out of my 4wd.ill sell the late 99 when im done.thanks for any help!:woohoo:

the late 99 turbo has a horrible impeller wheel, but it'll work till you do the conversion
