whats better to control egts, turbo upgrade or water/meth injection, oh and limited funds
 
Just something to think about. I dont know whether you tow a lot or not but just in general, water/meth only lasts as long as your tank, I would go with a turbo its there all the time. Plus mix water meth a little to strong on a stock headgasket/bolts and you will be doing a headgasket (which is not good with limited funds). Meth raises cylinder pressures and therefore puts added strain on the headgasket but so does added boost. IMO I think a turbo wastegated properly to ensure you keep your headgasket would be a safer, more practical way to go.

Turbo you can use all the time, which is what i would pick!
 
i was trying to decide the same thing, if you do the h20/meth and the head studs you could have got a used turbo. turbo is more dependable. get the turbo you wont regret it
