yes it is.
it can also be used when building a twin setup

5.25"x4"x0.75" outside
3.5"x2.4"x0.75" inside
4.25"x2.75" bolt spacing

That's the ticket, wait till you see the control difference. Ed lives about 45 min from me, south on I-35 before you get to Pauls Valley.

Probably $3, it would be flat rate from the psot office, you will need to get longer studs to make a 1/2" plate work.

ACE hardware might, I stress might, other than that you would have to go to a fastner dealer for those.
