Well im almost certain the pump needs worked over. So im sending it out to get benched and flowed out to 600cc. My theory it needs pump done comes from replacing injectors, dvclearing all lines. We also pulled the dv holders to see if the plungers were sticking in the pump and they were. Its hard to start and started back firing after second start up.
