twin turbo lag ??????

too much fuel, too tight of a converter...

what is your friend running a 40/S400 combo on and if it's a 12v, does he actually know how to dial in a pump?
 
I have to lines runing to my waste gate one to the bottom of the gate witch comes from the exsiting hole on hx 35. and the top line on the gate comes from my manifold and this line has the boost knob on it. Is this the right way? Is there any way the gate could be hanging open a little and cause this. i mean i still can see 60 psi it just lagy for twins. and yea my friend does have 12 v and can tune it and has but what im geting at is when i turn the boost control knob i barly see any diffrence from open to all the way closed except for a few pounds of boost no diffrence in the turbos lighting. witch souldnt be the case right i should be able to notice something with the lighting of the turbo's
