Twins and exhaust brake

What brakes use a vac to close the shutter? I have factory brake on my '00. And I cant upgrade chargers cuz I would like to keep a brake on my truck.
 
used or nos...I got both of mine on Ebay etc..the latest one was a 4" remote bd with the air compressor etc half of the price of a new one.. the 5" remote pakbrake is from a medium duty setup..it is just the brake and new..got it years ago on ebay..it probably going on my first gen as i already have 5" stack and exhaust..and im gonna do onboard air setup with a old york air compressor etc..

I have mine installed "inline" behind the downpipe. works just fine and stays cool. i would be concerned with mounting under the hood Next to the Turbo's. seems like the seals might get to hot and fail. JMO
 
I have a inline 5" from US Gear the D-celeratator took off the electric controls because they were junk.and made a air controls work alot better power on power off.now the brake work great.mounted close to the front cab mount.
turbos are HX35 and HT60
