howdy folks,
I may have a great deal on a set of twins. They are HX40 with internal wastegate machined out. HT3B with 22cm hot housing no wastegate. How do you think these would spool on my 12 valve, auto? Compared to my 62-14. I've been looking for more air without sacrificing to much spoolup, would this be a good option for me?

from a dead stop they would come on hard at the end of 1st gear and send you sideways when 2nd hits.

spoolup on my setup is very reasonable for daily driving.

so faster than my 62-14? I like the sounds of that. What kind of boost could I expect from this?

the spool-up shouldn't be objectionable. I'd swap a 26 cm housing onto the ht3b for best power. you'll be able to get good money for the 22

ok, do you think this setup is worth the $1500 that I can get it for, with everything but an exhasut manifold? Both chargers are good.

Dude Ive got my set for sale. Ask these guys what they think of a silver 62 over a S475/AR 1.32. Great setup IMO.

I'm poor and in highschool, don't have the money for yours. plus this guy is willing to take my 62-14 in partial trade for them.:hehe:

Want to know something better? I trade a HX40 for this silver 62. Hopefully he doesnt see this post. Love ya buddy!

well...2000 bucks and use your 62/14 on top. S400 is better than a 3b. Spools slightly better and flows a little more air. once you get a twin set-up plumbed for a hx40, you have to change the piping for a S300, just keep this in mind.

I just gave you 850 bucks Dan!! lol

I think its a pretty damn good deal dont you? thats what I thought when I bought it 2 weeks ago.

Spool up would be about the same or a tiny bit slower! So far I like the PDR 40/3B setup I have but i would want a little more than that for them.

Boost with a Silver Bullet was 47, with the Twins it is 60. The Twins spool about 200 RPM sooner and max EGT is 100 degrees less.
