that truck is built.dropbox,reverser,13 mm ag pump,big charger,slipper clutch.not so much a daily driver

id like to see more videos, from the videos above it doesnt look like the 1200hp i heard it has...
 
there is a Ford lurking around somewhere in central ohio that has rumored to have a 466 in it. I had the pleasure to witness it run at Yankee Lake last year at the NADM pull. Anyone have any more info or vids of it. Gene probably has the inside scoop on it?

ive seen 1200+hp cummins run and this truck just doesnt seem to be in that range. maybe its the larger displacement but its still a similar style engine right?
 
ford guys make me laugh...they have the largest motor available in a diesel truck displacement wise (7.3) and now there are comments that the mod diesel class needs to just have a cubic inch limit instead of the "available in a 1-ton or smaller pickup" rule, but then the cummins guys would be mad cuz they wont be on top anymore.

the 5.9 is the smallest of any of the diesels out there and its been king of the hill since competition started...

claims are claims.if i had to guess,1000hp would be the number.oh,that 466 is also punched to a 540.
 
i got pics of the black 90's model with the DT466 in it if anyone wants them, i also got under hood pics.....
