Updating question (have error)

I've been trying to update my S0-6 to TNT-R. I have TNT on it but I updated it with an old computer (it crapped out). Everything was tranfered to this new one (refurbed unit). When I get the .smt file in the smarty driver and click send, an error pops up and says Error on Smarty 0 up top. And FTD2XX.DLL not found. Anyone ever seen that before?
 
Tried downloading it at work and same problem/ same error. Anyone ever seen this before?
