I've been planning on using a 5.9 w the swap, but now in looking at the 6.7.

I'm looking at an 07 6.7 to use as a conversion w a 99 Super duty. I'd line to see 600-700hp out of it, and I plan to use it as a DD and tow truck. The SD has 37s and 4.11 gears w Detroit locker F/R.

Here is what I'm thinking in the way of upgrades.

EGR delete
ARP studs
Valve job and port match the intake/exhaust
Steed speed 3rd gen manifold w T4 flange.
100hp injectors
10mm stroked pump
Coolant bypass.

Here are a couple items I have questions about.

Is there a cam for the 6.7? I'd line to lite the turbo sooner and pull to 4k ish. I don't want to cut the pistons.

Also, I have a Garrett GTX 4294R that I'd like to use if it won't be too leggy. It has a 1.15 non gates ex housing.

As of now, I plan to use a built 4R100, but considering an. Allison.

Is there anything I should add or think about doing differently?

Will this combo be good for 600-700hp and be reliable?

Lastly, I need it pretty clean for Kalifornia!

Thanks in advance for any input.

What electronics are you planning on using to run it?

And, from what I've read a 66mm turbo and EFI Live on stock injectors will get you 600 no problem.

ARP, egr delete are a given.

spelling errors should be ignored from this device. =-O
