valve body question

I have a 97 2500 4x4 with a 47re automatic transmission. I was wondering if anyone has ever customized there own valve body. I know that when you buy an after market body you get a stock one that has been drilled and changed around. Is there a do it yourself kit where I can do all of these things myself. Also what can i do to boost line pressure in the tranny. thanks
 
dtt has a nice kit, i do not know how it compairs to a transgo. but i do believe they are similer. call dtt and tell them what you would like and they will set you up, they are very knowagleable
