Just bought a 2012 ram 2500 4x4 slapped a 5 in lift leaving the 1.5 or 2" leveling kit that was already on it to be able to clear 22x14 wheels. the shaft now has crazy vibration at about 60, before the mod it ran fine both locked and unlocked with no issues. Stopped by the drivetrain shop and he said he couldn't guarantee he could fix it what should I do the shaft is only 1/2 in shorter than my OVL measurement from flange to flange. I have had lifted trucks in the past with much more aggressive angles than this of my newest addition

I've read a little about this seems doesn't matter if the truck is older newer lifted or factory ride height someone must have suggestions

Not all trucks are created equal.

With any leveling kit you need to check the caster after install. If not correct now you have to add control arms to get it back in alignment. You problem most likely is not the angle in what you see now but te lack of proper angle.

Driveshaft angle, I have run into this before. Lift kits with rear blocks change the angle on the rear u joint in order to maintain the factory pinion angle at the rear, however the front joint is still at a steeper angle. The output yoke of the transmission and the pinion yoke will not run smooth together at different angles. Your pinion and transmission should stay parallel with each other in order to keep vibration out. Watch this video and it'll help explain it to you.
