Waste Gate Solnoid location

I got a code last night for a bad Waste Gate solenoid on my 2000 Cummins, Everything would be Dandy if I could find where this solenoid is located ? If anyone has any pictures or anything of where this is at on my turbo I'd appreciate it ?

I found it there was no waste gate solenoid on my rig, the waste gate is stuck either open or closed and I'm not sure how to free it. If anyone has any experience with this I'd like to hear from ya.

if the waste gate is stuck open your turbo will be pretty laggy to spool. i would bet the actuator is toast. needs a new one.
