Watch my vid, give your opinion

What number did you pull, usually right after they water it the pan sticks to the wet dirt big time and really hurts the pull.
No roller. They have a water truck and a scraper. The little bounce you see at the end is where I drive over the ruts the tractor was making all day. All in all, i think the guys are doing a good job with the track--as good as they can. A roller would be nice though.

They watered the track down right before the extreme class pulled -- wonder how that might have affected things...

I was the last to pull in my class. It didn't seem like the pan would stick to the sand, but I could see how that could happen in clay.

The cheapest traction upgrade at your point is to get a set of dually spacers (from an OEM dually 3rd gen) and put those to set the tires out about 5 inches out front.

Otherwise it is looking good. You could also run the pressure down to about 25 psi up front as well.

Gets the front tires out wider. that away the rears dont have to follow the fronts

dont threw them away! I would take them! looks good man. you may have a hard time fitting 16s on a 3rd gen lol

I don't know much but I have about 12 hooks on my truck with the 20 12 wheels and atz 33x13.5 and every time I think I get great traction in every track hard or soft I was a little worried at banos due to the rain and the fact my tires arnt meaty but they bit hard there too! I wouldn't blame the tires because Rui ran those all last year and did well. I'm not sure what psi you were at but it looks like too much to me. I tend to do well at ceres with real low pressure. As far as the track being wet they wet it down right before that long bed dmax and I was 8 trucks after him and we both were at 280s? And I have about 130 more hp more so it's hard to compare your truck at that track just my. $ .02

fronts were at 18 psi.

Can the spacers be installed on the rear, or will they only work on the front?

thanks,

jp

You won't want to run spacers like were mentioned on the rear, due to all the weight and stress back there. Run em on the front.

in your video jlibert were you running full blocks? it looked that way

yes. The extreme class is permitted to run rigid rear suspension.

The little hop at the end was where I drove over tractor ruts.

Side note:
anybody ever turn a directional tire backwards?
