Do you hear the FASS System running? The injector pump will pull fuel but it cuts the life of your pump if the lift pump is dead and not operational. Check to see what pressure you are getting and if the FASS system is running.

Ashley are you associated with FASS?

From my experience, my truck wouldn't even RUN when my FASS relay died. The VP wasn't able to pull enough fuel through the FASS to keep the truck running.

A good friend had a similar problem in his 01, although his truck idled (not very well) for a short time.

Just FYI for you if customers have similar issues in the future.
