Well thats what i figured. Maybe the best bet will be just opening up the port to 15/16 or an inch. But i guess the downside to that is it puts more stress on the wastegate flap because there is less contact and could cause warpage or leakage.

Anyone know about the comp cover?
 
Gillette Diesel Service, they should have the cover, or at least the PN.

If you don't drill out the WG divider you probably will have trouble keeping the boost under control. I'd just drill it 15/16" through both.

After seeing it will be a secondary, I would definitely remove the first part of the divider. Just like that pic that was posted.

I have a 60mm H1C w/12cm with a HT3B, and drive is 1:1 up to about 70 psi. It is on a VE motor though. I would think about making something to increase the flow after the WG passage. Like spacing the cover back, or one of Rip's backing plates. Another option is to make a hot pipe that bolts on the the back cover.

I think he is referring to the manifold mounted charger as the secondary turbo...
