I'm asking about changing compressor wheel, porting the wastegate.. are these about the limitations of what can be done? Or are there other things that can be modified to help get a little more flow from the stocker? I appreciate some ideas!
what color is your truck? Got any pics of it? Mine is almost blacked out, all i have left to do is wheels. I'm curious about upgrading the stocker too, even though i really want a 64/71/14!

I don't think there is much out there for the HE351cw as far as compressor upgrades. I know Industrial Injection has an upgraded exhaust turbine wheel and housing available, can't remember if they have a larger compressor available as well.
I don't think you'll see a lot of useable gain with a larger compressor only since the stock exhaust turbine wheel has a 58mm exducer and typically exducer size is never smaller than compressor inducer size.
In less words, your stock turbo already has an oversized compressor wheel compared to the exhaust wheel that turns it.
Best way to get more air out of a stock turbo is :nos:
my 06 with no fass or any fuel pump and stock turbo, with smarty mp8 stack went 13.0 at 104 at 7300lbs... I think thats about all that turbo will take...
sw8- mp8 on 100%, rp3 tq4 timing 1, I also have a intercooler and twin cp3's.... the truck could have went faster I think 12.7's or so but I couldnt get my tq converter switch to work the way I wanted to then, now I have it wired up right and wanted to go back but already melted a piston...lol
also I think your truck would be low 13's if it had a auto...
