What cutter for fire ring groove 12 valve?

What width cutter are you guys using to cut a groove for .105" fire ring. EEP website says 4.52 OD on the groove. What should the ID of the groove be? My math says between .120 and .125 cutter to allow float on either side of the ring. Some one enlighten me. :thankyou2:

use a u shape cutter to instead of the square still most tractor pullers used.
