What ECM s fit 2003 cummins

I am pretty sure I have a cooked ECM on 2003 4x4 NV5600. 6 speed 305 hp from hooking the jumper cables up backwards, anyone know what would fit this? Is the yr specific or what options matter, manual 4x4 etc? Thanks
