What Gear To Pull in

final drive calculated low range on the left high on the right. Want some opinion on which gear. I'm thinking 3 low.

In a manual I assume? I've run 3rd through 5th on the low side with 33" and 35" tires. Seems to load the truck really well in 4th on 35"s. in 3rd the truck is hardly loaded up, And just reved out.
