What is this???

A guy I know put one from cheapassdieselperformance(basically the same thing) on his 7.3, guess what, no effect at all, no money back, and a bunch of hateful emails from the company. He left a negative feedback and it vanished from there feedbacks a few days later. WTF!!!!
