What is this plug? Its down on the pass side of the Fuel Filter. It seems to be leaking oil?

Either your EOT if 2-wire or the idiot light/gauge if 1-wire

That's the oil filter in the pic so it would be the EOT sensor. The metal tube to the left of the sensor is turbo oil supply.

Did you inject that before you cooked it and what kind of rub did you use ? How long did you have it in the smoker ? Or did you deep fry it ? Looks fried.
