Where's my order?

So I sent you guys my DVs 5 weeks ago and you guys said the turn around time is 3-5 days, I didn't hear from you in that time so I called and you said I'm not at the shop I'll call you back, well 3 calls later same story, finally I called and you said I'll have them by 4/14/2012 and no package and it's now 4/19?? Did you guys mess them up? Lose them? Sell them? Where the hell are they since you won't return my call but will answer another number other than mine?

I understand you guys are very busy but i would appreciate a call back as to where they are or what's the hole up, or just post a tracking number and I will be very pleased
 
I have just talked to smokem and Chris, everything should be good to go now I'll keep this updated
