which AR size to look for with S475

With those twins and your other mods listed earlier...you're gonna be over 700.....sorry. LOL

7-750ish
It's more than enough air to clean up your injectors to barely a haze....well...maybe not in Vegas but still. LOL

thats fine plenty of horses for my redneck limo/baby hauler. BTW I saw your truck in the last mag I bought, very nice!

But you get three turbine choices and a series of housing choices for the s472. Anybody running a tighter s400 as a primary?

i got a buddy set up w/ an s300g over a s400sx, 74/74/1.10 for a set of towing twins. We will see how they turn out. i really think im going to end up w/ the s475 due to the $600 price tag, but for what im looking for, a smaller charger would probably be ideal.

I built a set of 3rd gen twins stock 07 over a 472/1.10. fast lighting lots of boost quick, works good for his 6 speed DD.

my drive pressure was 65psi at 60psi of boost with an hy35 over 66/71/.80

i will no longer beleive anything anyone says about what turbos wont work.

The drive pressure only really becomes a factor as the RPMs and fueling go up, also cammed/ported trucks that flow lots of air will often have high drive pressures as the intake side can flow more than the exhaust.

its not that they have high drive pressures, its that the boost is lower, if your 1:1 at 60psi then cut the intake off port and polish, and what not, you still going to have 60psi of drive pressure, but boost might be 50psi.

but it will then do it at a lower RPM so then Max boost may be 60 and drive will start to climb faster than boost. It can be compared to any fixture, up to and @ a given flow pressure is not a factor until flow needs to go higher and then the pressure skyrockets to try and keep up. Allowing one side to flow better has a tendency to cause MORE flow and thus pressure to the other side if it has not been equally improved. Thats similar to shooting 100 HP of NOS on an engine, more in = more out.

Same boat I'm in except I have this super 62 already. Where did the boost top out at?

Curious, did you just use the internal gates?

dont know. All he has is a smarty TNT for fuel but its in the 50s anyway.

yes i did phatty, i opened the hy's gate to just over 1" and the 66's gate never opened, primary made 28-30 psi and the gate was set to 42 or so, like it comes from II
