Which one?

Ok I am going to the track tonight and just wondering should I run a 2000 tune, dyno or the comp tune? I have to drive about a hour to get there so just trying to see what will do the best for me? Thanks,

Go with level 6 or 7 on the quad. Go with which runs best on the street since you are a six speed you dont have to worry about building boost on the line.
 
Why not level 10? I didint know if it owuld run better with the comp or the dyno tune rather than the 2k? I have always ran with level 10 should i not?
 
The idea is that level ten floods the turbo out at lower rpms. Try a couple of different levels and see what works best for your setup.
 
Its all in the seat of my pants. However, i do know of a couple ford boys who could give ya the run down on it. :D
 
My truck dyno'd more hp on PL 7 than PL 8 or 10. 7 and 8 were within 7 hp but PL 10 was about 14 hp less.
 
This was the old 2000 tune. I haven't dyno'd the new comp tune yet.
 
Well all I ran was the 2k tune and truck ran best on power level 9 i think.

I still have slow 1/8th mile times with a 10.03 but still have a trap speed of 80mph so It has potential. Going to a 1/4 mile track tomorrow I will see what it will do there.
 
How are you launching? Second gear 2500 rpm, roll out of the clutch in one second or less?

How much air you running in the rears? 30 psi?
