Who makes a HD manifold?

Just picked up a nice 98 and it has a cracked exhaust manifold. Who makes the best heavy duty manifold for this head.

I believe theres a few companies that make good 3 piece manifolds. Just do some searchin shouldnt be hard to find one

BD, High Tech, ATS, PDI, these are just a few that I can think of. Check with the vendors on here, they will give you a good deal. I have a BD myself, it works.

If you're looking for the fastest spool, just keep the stock manifold.

i ported my stocker..... more then happy with the results


i heard PDI is one of the only aftermarket 3pc. manifolds that doesn't crack after being in a puller for a season

Yes sir, I never used it. I needed the $, so I sold it.

I had a buddy spend 1-2hrs porting it. Its a good piece, no worries.

I bought a nice used one for $35.00 from a buddy of mine who lives down south. Hope it doesn't crack while i'm putting it on LOL. I think I may go with the three piece if this one cracks. I couldn't pass it up for the money though.

I didn't dyno it so I don't know, It might spool a little faster and EGT's are down slightly.
