I like when these threads get made. How many people get upset is unreal. I guess getting the pot stirred isn't always bad either.

Yes the OP fits the big injectors and stacks profile. This I know. But still...... lets banter the OP's question for it's style, not because he was lazy. We're all lazy in some form or another.

You want to see people go crazy over OPs who don't use the search function go to Pirate 4x4

Pretty much everything you could ever want to know has been covered before. So no new threads allowed then..? Just answer the question and move on, sheesh.

So true.

Now something like, "why do my lug bolts keep snalling off?" That you might not find in the search...... Yet someone will prob prove me wrong.

But on the injector front there can be some new developments and things out there that have been tried. Injectors are a pretty big issue so getting updates in opinions on them after time is a good thing.

YES, same with turbos, even fueling boxes. WTF, if there were no new threads on turbos for the last 5 years, everyone would be running HX40's. Exceptions are intake and exhaust as they dont matter.
 
theres nothing wrong with new threads. just the same old questions and questions over and over get kinda old, especially when it starts the same arguments

One of the things I like about comp d is that it usually is on the cutting edge of what is happening in the diesel world.

When someone asks the question "Whats best?" or "What should I do?" the answer very easily could have changed last month, or last week, or even yesterday.

I guess what I'm getting at is this: harping the search function is fine if there are six threads on the same subject at the top of the page, but if threads like this don't pop up every now and then, there isn't going to be as much new information. May as well change the name to "competition archives," and we can all go find a new forum that is on the cutting edge..

Just my humble opinion, of course.
 
Every thread has little bits and pieces of info about injectors, builders, hp made or smoothness etc. I learn by gathering little pieces of info from each thread. I don't know why people complain about repeat threads, just see if you might gain something from reading. Just my $.02

Only injector going in my trucks for now on is gonna be F1 Diesel Mach injectors. Hands down best injectors money can buy.
