same here LOL Meh I'll hope for the best... wonder if its from heat stress or heavy chargers or both
That's what I've switched to on both trucks.
Another plus is that it's the only manifold actually "made in the USA"
(so I'm told)
Pretty sure the ATS ones are too, or they used to be atleast.
I've had 3 PDI manifolds crack on me.
These pictures are from one of them
This seems to be the common spot where the PDI's crack. Mine did the same, wleded it up and no prblems.
I was going to say that is nearly identical to the one that you welded up.
Well I was curious this weekend and had to look at the one I bought off of here closer. It had a quick coat of black paint on it wo I sand blasted it off and this fukr is cracked too FML! I'm guessing he knew about it and didn't tell me since it looks like it was repaired but it's still messed up... Sucks
it seems a good welder can fix them easily - i will have mine welded
BUT.....
I have one of these coming and should be here before the end of the week
got mine in today- T-3 !!!! pumped
now wait for turbos
hopefully no issues flipping it over and using in in a twin setup...... will find out
