Heres a question for those of you who are smarter than myself. Should I be concerned about upstate New York winter fuel? I know people that sell gasoline and diesel, and blend it for the anticipated weather, I am told the fuel I purchase may be as much as 60% kerosene during the coldest months. Is there any reduction in lubricity or cetane rating? Should I worry about accelerated pump wear or injector sticking? Are there additives you would suggest based on weather or decreased fuel viscosity from the kerosene? I normally turn it down anyways for traction reasons and extended warm up times. Thoughts? Thanks, Rob.

P.S. If it matters, my truck is an 06 Cummins, 90 hp tips, arson 2 DIY kit, lift pump, good filters, etc.

As of Oct. 1st the blended fuel is being shipped from the storage yards and is already in the distribution network. Just run a lubricity additve of your choics and you will be fine.
