wire nightmare

you either have a bad ground , a brittle wire, or a sensor going bad. i am not real sure how the 24v are set up
 
I looks all the same on the bottom of the engine. Went through all the wires and fuses looking for a short and didnt find anything wrong. I getting the ECM reflashed tomorrow and if that doesnt do anything a new sensor is on the way
