They are Urals (the make of the truck). 4320 models to be specific. Iz Russian. They use Kamaz diesel engines.The Russian military uses them heavily (as does most nations that get hand me down Russian stuff) and you can see why.

If you like those you might also want to be aware of Kamaz, Kraz, and Maz trucks. The Russians have made some monsterous and gigantic trucks (ill try and dig up some pics).

It uses a 17.2L twin-turbo mechanically injected (inline pump) diesel V-8 and a ZF 16 speed transmission.

Man, I forgot how much I love Ural trucks!!

Look at this:

Thats dead sexy. Id drive it to work everyday, I dont care if it gets 5 MPG. This specific truck has an Allison 2000 series auto and a 170hp Caterpillar diesel (this is a custom ordered truck). I think I would rather have a Kamaz diesel V-8 and a manual trans as is the norm.

Also, I want "Instead of building good roads- Russia builds good trucks" on a T-shirt above a pic of a Ural 4320.

Unfortunatley the most of the Ural trucks are equipped with gasoline V8 engine , with sealed ignition system , they can submerge the truck up to window level.

If you have ever drive it , You wold talk totally different story.

Used to have one of those. 6x6 on roids w/ a multifuel diesel. They're bad acee and will go through pretty much anything!
