im looking for a good used 913 215 pump can be turned up i have a bone stock 180 pump w/60000 miles to trade with cash

mod your 180 pump ,a 215 pump will defuel at high revs ,i have both it feels like my 180 pulls way harder on high revs past 3000 same mods on the 2 pumps and ghargers

the 180 is a much better pump to start with.. i ran 12's on a never-benched 180

id say keep looking for the 215, its got the better cam and bigger barrels and plungers. but they are a rare breed. gotta find the right guy, good luck!

again, the 180 and 215 pumps have the same cam and the same size barrels and plungers... the 160 and 175 pumps have the same size barrels and plungers as the 180 and 215 pumps...

not what i was told... why would the 215 be sought after more than the 180 then?

Without the barrels turned a 180 pump may fall short of what a 215 pump is capable of. I've run 12.07 with my 215 non-bench pump and had the head gasket not let go i'm quite sure would have seen 11.70s (at best) with that pump with the addition of a rack plug. It was a very smokey combination but pulled hard with the plug and 26 degrees of timing.

If you are going to send the pump off to have work done keep the 180. If it were me and I was still shooting for max power I'd send my 180 pump off to have barrels turned/balanced. Good luck

i hate 215 pumps , they suck on my 5 speed trucks they run like **** up on top revs
