WTB: 94-02 12v or 24v

As title says...

Sooo...I'm looking to get back into a 2nd gen. Had a couple 97's a few years ago and I'm having remorse selling at least one of them. Had two eclb's, would love some something similar.

Must haves:
1. aftermarket brand name trans, i.e.; billet converter, vb, billet shafts, etc. or an aftermarket clutch (auto would be first choice)
2. little to no rust. fading or peeling paint is fine.
3. needs to be driveable on the street, so not a 3.0 truck
4. under 200k miles
5. cannot be an oraller's creation
6. regular cab or extended cab LONG bed.
7. 4wd
8. cruise control

I have a '96 2500 4x4 auto, replaced front fenders with used southern ones, new rockers, good doors, flatbed, 180k, rebuilt trans with Dunrite VB & TC, Intelligent Engineering billet input, S300 Schwitzer, 4" exhaust, rebuilt Dana70 posi rear, 3:55, rebuilt trans case, all black primer right now.
Asking $6500.

Dumb phone not allowing pics to be sent. Here they are. I rinsed it off, it's drying in the sun, just looks funky.
Truck has DSS, '98 HD steering (no death wobble!) #100 plate, AFC mods, 90hp SmokEm injectors, S300 Schwitzer, 4" exhaust, BHAF, High idle switch, all hoses replaced and new antifreeze about 3 years ago. Repaired the vacuum pump seal, and will include the extra seals. Rebuilt trans with Dunrite TC, & VB, Intelligent Engineering billet input, rebuilt transfer case, rebuilt Dana70 posi rear, 3.55's, later 2nd gen heated mirrors. At my asking price I include all spare parts, (new water pump, original injectors, & miscellaneous) and a set of new Mastercraft snow tires mounted/balanced, cost me over $600 last fall, have about 3k on them.
I replaced the front fenders,rockers and rt door, left door is good. Floor has been patched. Interior needs a good cleaning, and the drivers seat needs repaired. I can locate a replacement, and will clean.
I've owned his truck for about 11 years, and have never truck pulled it. I did the dirt drags a couple times, but didn't abuse it like the competition.
I bought it to tow my racer, and after I quit racing I started playing with the truck. It's just too much truck for driving to work, since I don't haul or tow anymore.
