WTT 4.10's for 3.54's

I have 4.10s LS. Its a 97 2500. gears have 110k on them. Im looking to trade for 3.54s. i have a guy thats going to do the work for me.. I would need to have your gears at the same time or before..
 
I have a trade worked out with macaw.

Anyways, I was also looking to swap my 4.10s for 3.54s.
