I think it is probably a gt62 turbine wheel. I am trying to find someone who makes them for the GT62. It should be relatively easy for them to make it with a different shaft. I found a post with GT62 specs the wheel dimensions they gave were 137.5 x126 That's almost 5" exducer!

I have a 95 12v Cummins dually I’m running a s362 over a s476 both sxe turbos with a 188 220 cam 5x18 injectors 215p pump flowed at 600cc and 4K gov springs 7mm delivery valves with all the supporting mods nv5600 trans
