Utilizing your components, how big cubic inch can we go? 12v war head.
:evil

Per the "literature" on the solid block, 4.4" bore size, with a standard 4.88 stroke, that becomes 445 CU IN or 7.3 liters.
Now, if you push the bore out a little to say 4.5" and add a Winberg stroker 5.125" crankshaft, you'd end up with 489 cubes and 8 liters!
How big was the one that went Boom?
It was a 4.250 bore. The rods going through the side weakened it, the roughly 65mm bore for the 62mm cam bearings were the thing that finished it off. Right now, anything over 4.300 is not necessary, or at least could not be used to it's full potential. Our V-2 6.7l wet block will be ready to take on 2200hp+ on the dyno and still be street driven. Expect a long overdue video and press release in the next week or so. Lots of goodies coming
Okay, I'll give it a shot.I see you like to phuck with everybody.

Why isn't your name blue?
nothing stopping you guys from creating a "pocket bore" head, add an inch of height to the head, machine in bore holes for the pistons on longer stroke to travel up into. final machine of bore done from the bottom with head in place to ensure alignment........ but then would there be room for the crank to swing by below? just a random thought after a caffeine molecule bumped into a previously unused brain cell.........
