anyone got a timing kit layin around? preferably with a metric dial indicator. not sure if i need a barring tool because i have a 24v and im also not sure what exactly the barring tool does. figured id check here before i go buy a new one

whats the barring tool for? would it come in handy with a ppumped 24v or would it not be necessary?
