lol, heard all about it. that is a retarded argument. it doesn't say head must "be able too" circulate coolant. it says it must circulate coolant. theirs no grey area there, just someone up against the wall caught cheating. theirs a reason you sat out a few pulls due too a cracked head, otherwise it would have been filled and ran long ago. chitty part is i think he received the trophy and $$.
